The Sign Language is the primary method used to communicate by blind and deaf people around the globe. However, there has always been a challenge in communicating between an individual who has a language impairment as well as a person who is not. Sign Language Recognition is a discovery for assisting deaf people to communicate with others. Cost-effective recognition systems are currently the centre of research all over the world. Therefore, recognition of sign language systems based upon Image processing as well as neural networks has become more popular than technology systems because they are more precise and simpler to construct. The goal of this article is to create an easy-to-use and accurate system of recognition of sign languages that has been taught by an artificial neural network, which generates speech and text of the input gesture. The paper will also present in future a speech-to-sign language generation model that allows to construct of bidirectional communications without the requirement of translators.
