The thermal power plant's continuing functioning depends on the regulation and control of pressure and temperature. The entire process is divided into two primary steps, each of which is managed by a real-time computer software and employs a temperature and pressure sensor. In this work, temperature and pressure are sensed and monitored using MEMS-based temperature and pressure sensors that can be used with review. This study is largely used to the thermal plants that produce the high-frequency wave. Due of the interference caused by these frequencies' noise, this study has been used to communicate information utilising CAN and review.
