ABSTRACT: Asthma is defined as a syndrome in which there is a recurrent reversible obstruction of the air ways in response to stimuli which are not themselves naxious. The above studies and literature survey of screening procedures of anti-asthmatic activity of respective drugs show various anti-asthmatic activities and used to decrease respiratory problems like Cough, Wheezing. *Atropine sulphate shows good anti-asthmatic activity than that of salbutamol, mepyramine. *Aminophylline shows good anti-asthmatic activity than that of salbutamol,ketotifen. *Ketotifen shows good anti-asthmatic activity than that of disodium cromoglycate.
