Title

flipped classroom learning

Abstract

Flipped classroom is otherwise called as in- class activities. It shifts the instruction to a learner centered model. Militsa Nechkina, she is the person first proposed the flipped classroom model in the year of 1984. Video collection, digital slide shows, student discussion are the components of flipped classroom. It provides increased enjoyment, decreased boredom to the students. The pandemic caused a surge in the use of flipped classroom.Chen, F, Lul, A.M; & Martinelli, S.M. (2017) conducted a systematic review on effectiveness of flipped classrooms in medical education with different learning outcomes. The study revealed that the effect of flipped classroom in student learning, with some suggesting benefits while others reporting negligible improvement over traditional teaching methods. Regarding perception of flipped classroom, students were generally satisfied with the approach, particularly the usefulness of the online module. Regarding attitude, positive changes were reported in this study.
