Technology plays a pivotal role in shaping the innovative global economy and driving rapid societal changes. Over the past decade, emerging technologies have significantly transformed the way people communicate and work. It is widely recognized that Digital India is the outcome of numerous innovations and technological advancements, revolutionizing people's lives in various ways and contributing to the creation of a more robust society. The Digital India Programme was initiated by the Government of India in 2015 with the aim of transitioning India into a digitally empowered society. The objective of this research paper is to examine the facilitating conditions that help access the Digital India Programme.
