Education is one of the factor that affecting the physical and mental growth of an individual. Today education is seen as a series of teaching, thinking, learning experiences which serve to change student’s behaviour in a specified desired manner. Teaching is a system of action which varies in form and relates to content and pupils behaviour in classroom situation. The investigator has undertaken the study entitled evaluation of attitude towards educational administration of male and female private primary school teachers of Himachal Pradesh .The objective of the study was to find out the difference between male and female private primary school teachers of Himachal Pradesh in variables of attitude towards educational administration. Null hypothesis was formulated. One hundred randomly selected subjects were taken for the present study i.e. fifty from government primary school teachers and fifty from private primary school teachers. Manual for educational administration scale by Dr. T.R Sharma was used,‘t’ was employed to establish the difference of attitude towards educational administration.
