Traffic continues to grow with population growth. The increase in vehicle rates directly impacts the new route. There are three main characteristics of the traffic flow: volume, speed, and density. This study shows if the bridges are not built, and from what route the vehicle travels. After the construction of the new route what impact on the traffic flow characteristics is mainly measured. In this, the past traffic data are collected from the SMC and present traffic data are collected by the manual method. Traffic volume is counted by the manual method and speed is counted by the manual method. This paper investigated the present passenger car unit for the given bridges and gave the real scenario of the vehicle volume. The result of the paper reflects the real traffic situation of Sardar bridge on the Tapi River. At the end of the paper data and analysis, data show whether the bridges can satisfy the present vehicle traffic condition or not.
