Competition motivates a business to continuously enhance its performance in order to gain a competitive edge. Conducting significant and ongoing training and personnel development is one of the actions implemented. Finding the best training programme for the firm and its employees requires a strategic step called a training need assessment. Additionally, in order to create effective training, trainers must emphasise doing things correctly the first time.
