Title

A STUDY ON FACTORS AFFECTING ONLINE PURCHASE OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS IN VADODARA CITY

Abstract

This paper aims to attempt to bridge a gap in the literature by defining and operationalizing specific brand equity constructs and testing the relationships between customer‐based brand equity and brand market performance. Current literature has focused on building and conceptualizing brand equity. Still, there is no consensus on how it should be measured and what constructs should be included in the measurement process. This process understands the significant feature of brand equity with respect to consumer response and to added value by consumer satisfaction to fascinate the brand. This research paper mentioned the brand PepsiCo to sustain its position in the competitive food and beverages market. This research paper is also added to beverages consumers’ particular brand perception and satisfaction towards the product.
