Title

ANALYSIS OF COSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAMS

Abstract

Loyalty programs drive customer retention, which can help organizations generate revenue, increase referrals and achieve overall growth. Organizations typically generate most of their revenue from existing customers, which requires less overhead than revenue from new customers. Loyalty can strengthen relationships because people are more honest and forthcoming when they know the other person is loyal. It engenders trust and closeness in relationships. Loyalty programs, sponsored by retailers and other businesses, offer rewards, discounts, and other special incentives as a way to attract and retain customers. They are designed to encourage repeat business, offering people a reward for store/brand loyalty. A successful loyalty program strategy delivers insights and helps to build customer relationships by being open, modular, and simple—and by offering rewards that not only interest individual customers, but also encourage those customers to take specific actions that align with a company's business goals. Increases employees' loyalty, makes a sense of belonging, increases employee satisfaction and performance, performance management becomes easier, creates a culture of appreciation within the company, promotes corporate reputation, increases internal communication and helps talented employees stay in the company.
