Banks in India have expanded rapidly in the current fiscal year thanks to new developments such as the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), widespread use of cloud computing, etc. issues that banks face as a result of clients' ever-evolving wants and expectations, the introduction of stringent new rules, and the development of ever-more-advanced banking technologies. These days, paper bills coexist alongside the electronic banking system. The Indian monetary system has the potential to provide a novel instrument, combined with liquidity and security. It was in India that the financial system as we know it today was first the advent of the card, ECS in the 1990s, EFT, RTGS, NEF, mobile banking, and internet banking are only a few examples of the many technological advancements in the banking industry. This study focuses on recent technical advancements in the Indian banking industry.
