This study has been undertaken to understand the satisfaction level of retailers by selling Amul milk in Vadodara city in which the retailers were selected at different places in Vadodara city through convenience sampling technique, Sample size taken in this survey was 35. The information from various retailers were collected with the help of well-structured questionnaire. The Milk products market has reached Maturity stage in India large no. of Co-operatives having a variety of product range has entered the market, thus there is one way for Amul to sustain their milk business in the market by delivering outstanding satisfaction to their retailers, so that they can take interest in selling of Amul milk products.
