Nanotechnology has emerged as one of the developing areas withinside the pharmacy, in which nanosuspension is a part of nanotechnology. Nanosuspension is a novel approach for transport of hydrophobic tablets because of their unique advantage and unique features. Nanosuspension not only helps in overcoming the terrible solubility however additionally will increase the bioavailability, dissolution rate, and stability in nanosuspension, the particle length of the drug is decreased to 10 to 1000 nm. Nanosuspension is a biphasic system this is stabilized by surfactant, polymer, or aggregate of each depends on the nature of the drug. Nanosuspension is used in oral, transdermal, injectable, inhalational, pulmonary, ocular, and topical form. Nanosuspensions have emerged as a promising strategy for the efficient delivery of hydrophobic drugs due to their versatile capabilities and particular advantages. Techniques which includes media milling and excessive stress homogenization had been used commercially for generating nanosuspensions.
