The forces that drive the growth and development of any country are thus successful monitoring, evaluation, payment and access control are incorrect. As the development of technology and reliance on electronic devices are increasing, use as well electricity demand is rising rapidly and resources are facing difficulties collecting electricity bill. The main purpose of this paper is to create a program that will help reducing electricity consumption and helping to bring things into the open Electrical board and customers. This meter needs to be recharged in the same way as a cell phone, recharge payment can be made in the app and can monitor debits, power consumption, frequency, voltage and power fluctuations. User can reset the flow of electricity from a remote area when the electricity is not working. Measuring power once payment system is automatic. IoT-based system that detects power theft once identified can be sent to the customer.
