Title

A Review On The Biosynthesis Of An Endophytic Aspergillus Terreus Mediated Nanoparticles

Abstract

Myco fabricated metal nanoparticles (NPs) are the major players in the treatment of cancer and act as mediators in therapeutic strategies in myco nanotechnology. However, it has been highlighted that the production of mono dispersed nanoparticles and the identification of prospective bio molecules present significant research obstacles in the field of biotechnology. It has been demonstrated that endophytic fungi are necessary for the effective and economical enzymatic release of a variety of enzymes at ambient temperature and pressure. Since Aspergillus terreus is believed to be the primary source of metal nanoparticles, including oxides of titanium, zinc, and copper, as well as gold, silver, and lead, it is involved in the reduction of metal ions into nanoparticles. The anti fungal drug is less effective in Aspergillus due to the potential problem of natural antibiotic resistance. The fermentation capability for lovostatin synthesis has been concentrated to meet this problem. A. terreus naturally generates lovostatin, which may be used as a drug to lower blood cholesterol. Lovostatin combined with nanoparticles is currently a successful anti fungal therapeutic technique. In this review article, we provide a brief overview of the creation of endophytic A. terreus metal nanoparticles as well as some potential bio-prospective applications.
