Investigate the impact of challenges on E-Leadership implementation. A study at Greemix LLC, Sultanate of Oman. Has contributed to knowing the challenges of E-leadership implementation in Greemix LLC in Oman. The previous research has demonstrated organizations that are in the private sector. However, this study aims to collect responses from only 70 respondents in Greemix LLC, Muscat, Oman. Also, the method of data collection is limited to the use of online or Internet-based sources. We use a quantitative method for collecting the data because the aim is to explore the challenge faced to adopt e-leadership to the business. Our findings indicate that many leadership theories and practices that have been tried and tested in the real world also work in the digital world. Looking at today's workplace, one can see that most communication occurs digitally, even if co-workers are close to one another. However, the literature review explained this hypothesis in the context of conventional leadership, while the research provided empirical evidence that it also holds in the digital realm.
