In every organization, document sharing is a must operation, and all of these methods can be used to protect data across all platforms and applications, including encryption, hashing, tokenization, and key management. The most critical issue is how to share these documents securely. To meet the requirements of secure document sharing, we proposed a system based on Blake2B. This system operates in two distinct segments. The first one is the user authentication stage, where validation based on Aadhar, Finger Print and also a pattern generated by rotating images take place. In the second step, following user authentication, document sharing occurs; this entails user details (such as a Blake2b hash of Aadhar, Finger Print, shared documents and a picture rotation pattern) combining to form a File Sharing Key. Multiple security checks of this type fortify document sharing; we are able to verify this through various papers and tools for checking pattern strength in terms of years and bits which will ensure its entropy.
