Title

A Treatise on Nanoelectronics and Molecular Logic Gates

Abstract

Abstract: Nanoelectronics and Molecular logic gates are a promising field of research for developing innovative electronic devices and circuits that are faster, smaller, and more efficient than traditional silicon-based electronics. In this paper, we provide an overview of the principles, challenges, and recent advances in Nanoelectronics and Molecular Logic Gates. We review the historical background of the field and describe the basic principles of Nanoelectronics and Molecular Logic Gates. We discuss various types of Molecular Logic Gates and their applications in computing, communication, sensing, and other fields. Finally, we highlight some of the major challenges and future directions for research in this field.
