Title

A study on consumer behaviour towards OTT platform in India during COVID 19

Abstract

COVID19 is an unpredictable pandemic that has changed the way viewers consume media this trend appeared during this period – the introduction of OTT. There are many reports pointing out growing markets, Consumer desire for selected content available on the OTT platform. Over the top media Platform A streaming media service provided directly to viewers via the Internet. Over the Top (OTT) video platform It was considered a luxury item, but it is now a product. In India, there was an unprecedented increase in numbers Consumers are adapting. Indian streaming services like Hot star and Jio Cinema have become more powerful with a foothold, global players like Netflix and Amazon Prime have grown tremendously in India. Bypass the cable Radio and satellite TV platforms. India's OTT video service market $ 5.12 billion by 2026. The data from this survey was collected through both primary data and the survey. Secondary data. For primary data, we used a structured questionnaire method to collect the data. and used secondary data, research articles, research reports, etc. were used.
