The aim of this research is to analyze the status of development of the targeted villages in Nashik through various paradigms like financial inclusion, technological advancement, and gender bias. For the purposes of this research, three separate regression equations were formulated (using dummy variables). Additional observations were made through graphs and tables to support the claims made. Results have shown that the respondents who make use of bank transactions earn higher profits than those respondents who make cash transactions. Thus, financial literacy is required to be increased so that the farmers can earn higher profits. The respondents who have mobile phones showed tendency to earn higher profits than those who do not have mobile phones. It was also observed that female respondents have the capacity to earn more profits than male respondents. Additionally, accessibility to government schemes and other facilities was found to be very less.
