Does Customer Trust Have Impact on Customer Loyalty at Tokopedia Indonesia in Surabaya?
Abstract
Consumption is one of the important point that drives the economy. And every individual always does consumption activities either online of offline. As a result of Covid 19, online purchase has increased sharply and changed the buying trend among consumers. In this study, respondents collected were 100 customers of Tokopedia in Indonesia according to the characteristics of respondents using snowball technique. Based on the analysis is the from five hypothesis, all hypotheses are supported
