There are many ways to control home appliances but the easiest and most effective way to control them is by using IOT-based smart gloves for disabled people. Differently abled people who are feeling tough operating domestic appliances with their hand, they can operate it without moving from one place to another place with the help of this gloves. They can also do normal day-to-day work with less effort. The flex sensor is used will detect the gesture to control and operate domestic appliances. The major role is played by the sensor and wireless connectivity. The Bluetooth module is used for wireless connectivity and blend sensor is used. Arduino UNO microcontroller which receives user input from sensor and then the data which is received from relay is processed and controls the domestic appliances. The sensor will provide resistance value which detects the amount of deflection produced by user. Arduino UNO microcontroller is pre-programmed, it will decide which appliances should be controlled with the help of user’s input.
