As we all know the rate of accident increasing day by day and the 80% of accident are caused by not wearing helmet and the consumption of alcohol. A smart helmet is a type of protective headwear used by the rider which make bike driving safer then before. The main purpose of the helmet is to provide safety for the rider and not to start the bike while consuming the alcohol. This will be implemented by using advanced features like alcohol detection, helmet key start, Bluetooth calling. This makes it only a smart helmet but also a safety device of bike . It is compulsory to wear the helmet, without which the ignition switch will not ON. An RF module will be used as wireless link for communication between transmitter and receiver. If the rider is drunk the ignition gets automatically locked. The MQ 3 sensor will detect the alcohol. It will have Bluetooth calling ability too.
