Title

Conceptional study on the impact of social media marketing towards the success of Amazon.

Abstract

This paper examines the impact of social media marketing on the success of Amazon. Social media has become a crucial marketing tool for companies to connect with their customers and build their brand reputation. Through social media, Amazon has been able to engage with its customers and provide them with valuable content and promotions that have helped increase their sales and customer loyalty. This paper analyses the different social media strategies used by Amazon and the effectiveness of each strategy in achieving their marketing goals. The findings suggest that social media marketing has had a significant impact on Amazon's success by increasing their customer engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately their sales.
