Respiratory illnesses are prevalent in kids, teens, and adults today due to air pollution. The upper and lower respiratory systems can be affected by respiratory disorders, which significantly negatively impact global health, the economy, and mental health. The use of plant-based products to prevent and treat health issues is receiving a lot of attention due to their eco-friendliness and lack of harmful side effects. Physical and mental health are likely improved by exposure to nature and active plant engagement. Plant-based medications generally target the cardiovascular and immunological systems. The medicinal properties of both terrestrial and marine botanicals are an effective control of a variety of disorders. This review will provide the reader with the most recent, unbiased findings in plant therapy and pharmaceutical agents and their capacity to change the physical and psychological complications of airborne diseases in light of the potential for plant agents to positively influence respiratory diseases
