The telecommunications industry has a high level of development. Due to the privatization of telecommunications, network providers hope to find this privileged position in the market. Each network provider chooses policies to maintain. Compared with other network providers, JIO plays an important role. The latest is that JIO has launched a media app on Google Play as part of its upcoming 4G service. Therefore, this study wants to know about customer satisfaction with JIO services. The Patna study used a convenience sample. A sample of 200 people was collected using a structured questionnaire. Apply a variety of statistical tools to interpret data. When interpreted, the study helps provide informed recommendations to increase customer satisfaction with JIO services.
