Title

A STUDY ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS FMCG PRODUCTS

Abstract

Marketers of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) must carefully observe consumer patterns. This pattern of behaviour is influenced by a number of factors. As a result of globalization, consumer tastes and expectations shift throughout time. The fast-moving consumer goods sector has been crucial to India's economic growth. As a result, it is crucial to monitor customers' changing preferences for fast-moving consumer items. The focus of this piece is on what factors play a role in determining which fast-moving consumer products end up in people's shopping carts. Questionnaires were employed to collect data for this study, which had conceptual outcomes. Consumer behaviour may be influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to those related to location, product, price, advertising, physiology, and psychology, as shown by the study. But their impact differs from one product to the next.
