Title

A STUDY ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ONLINE SHOPPING

Abstract

The study aims to provide light on the mentalities and actions of online shoppers. One hundred people in all participated in the poll, with 50 males and 50 women participating. Convenience sampling was used for the data collection. Online retail's meteoric ascent is having an impact on shoppers all around the globe. Many companies now use the internet not just for marketing and sales but also for communication, customer feedback, and customer satisfaction surveys, all in an effort to better serve their consumers at reduced prices. Customers may find the greatest deal, the most appealing characteristics, and the most practical post-purchase support options with the aid of online research. The future of internet commerce is met with cautious optimism by many industry insiders. Primary data is collected by an organised survey, whereas secondary data is gained through other sources including books, journals, and the internet.
