In current, advanced technologies as well as in our daily life, music is incredibly significant. The user typically has to actively browse through the playlist of music to make their choice. Here, we provide a precise and effective algorithm that would create a playlist depending on the user's present emotional state and behavior. Existing techniques for automating playlist building are computationally inefficient, less precise, and can even call for the installation of extra gear like EEG or sensors. Speech is the oldest and most natural means to express sentiments, emotions, and mood. Processing speech involves a lot of computational power, as well as time and money. This suggested method uses real-time facial expression extraction along with audio feature extraction from songs to categorize into a particular emotion and will automatically build a playlist with a minimal computational cost.
