Abstract

The main objective of this study is to gain knowledge of the Talent Acquisition process of the Ernst & Young, it is belonging to Big four industry. The information and the data collected for this study is from Primary and secondary sources and gain information from various e-sites and teams. Ernst & Young doing well in the market and in near future they have greater scope for their expansion and growth. I found that the relationship between owner and employees good and well maintained, From the finding it was clear that the company has a good working condition with a very friendly nature. The report is based on Recruitment & Selection process At ERNST & YOUNG India with the use of SAP SUCCESS FACTOR. The purpose of this report is to understand how the recruitment & selection process are being determined and how Success factor is important in doing recruitment and selection.
