Title

A STUDY ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND IT’S IMPACT IN BUSINESS WITH REFERENCE TO YOUTUBE

Abstract

This study explores the impact of social media on business, with a particular focus on YouTube. It investigates the ways in which businesses can use YouTube as a platform to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and increase sales. The study analyses the various features and tools available on YouTube, such as video advertising and influencer marketing, and assesses their effectiveness in achieving business goals. Additionally, it considers the potential risks and challenges associated with using social media for business purposes, such as negative feedback and reputational damage. Overall, the study provides valuable insights into the ways in which social media, and specifically YouTube, can be leveraged by businesses to enhance their online presence and achieve their marketing objectives.
