Title

QSAR STUDY FOR ANTIMALARIAL ACTIVITY OF QUINOLINES DERIVATIVES

Abstract

This study describes QSAR analysis of quinolines derivatives as antimalarial activity. The models are generated by using NCSS and E-Dragon Software. The best model represents a significant value of correlation coefficient (r2), Adjusted R2 and F-ratio as 0.8623, 0.8199, and 20.344 respectively. The activity contribution of these compounds to analyze the predictive ability of QSAR model where described. Generated model from 18 molecules revealed increased combinational connectivity between topological descriptors and antimalarial activity.
