Title

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BRAND AWARNESS AND REPEAT PURCHASES

Abstract

According to research, brand recognition and repeat business are positively correlated. Customers are more inclined to make repeat purchases from a brand when they are familiar with it. This is due to the fact that brand familiarity fosters a sense of trust and confidence in customers' thoughts, increasing their likelihood to select that brand over competing ones. Brand awareness refers to the extent to which consumers are familiar with a particular brand, while repeat purchase refers to the frequency at which consumers buy products from a particular brand.
