Title

Human and Environmental Consequences of Nanoparticles: A Review of Exposure, Factors, and Control Strategies for the Future

Abstract

Nanotechnology offers countless opportunities to develop new and improved more efficient consumer products for the benefits of society. However, as the industrial and commercial production of nanotechnology products continues to grow rapidly, potential human health concerns and environmental protection need to be addressed. Health risk assessment involving different animal species for multi-organ toxicity, complemented by intracellular molecular studies is essential to investigate potential toxic effects of non-substance. Because of NPs decreases in size their capacity to penetrate into plant, animal and other increases tissues. The purpose of this review is to present current knowledge on potential pathways of human exposure to non-substances and their effects on biological health and ecosystems. NPs serve as new habitats for microbial colonization and serve as pathogen carriers. Anthropogenic Nanoparticles released in to the environment which affects human health in vulnerable populations, but much remains to be investigated. The studies ought to focus on the environment including air, soil and groundwater and more. Exposure can occur through direct exposure or through the use of commercial products made from intangible materials. Recommendations for safe manufacturing and safe handling and use to avoid exposure should be actively made to avoid undesirable consequences.

Key Words
