This research is helpful for Kenyan financial research institutions since it sheds light on supply chain management, the challenges faced, and the influence of these practises on corporate success. Policymakers and decision-makers may benefit greatly from this study since it reveals the difficulties and reality of adopting SCM in research organisations. The findings of this study will be helpful to researchers since they provide a foundation of understanding about SCM practises and draw attention to an area that needs further study. Finally, this study will be useful to other companies that are thinking about implementing SCM because it will shed light on the difficulties those companies may encounter and offer solutions to those difficulties. Compliance with rules and regulations, organisational responsibility, effective management practises, and creative thinking on the part of those in charge all play a role in government procurement. It's generally acknowledged that effective cooperation has the potential to reduce expenses.
