There has been increasing focus about how to adjust work and life responsibilities effectively and to reduce work life conflict and enable employees to be more happy at work and other roles. The aim of this study is to underline the importance of work-life balance and investigate the relationship between work-life balance and happiness and technology. For Study purpose, 100 teachers were selected randomly from different educational institutions of DNH region and Questionnaire was used for primary data collection. Results show that there is a positive level of agreement between work-life balance and happiness and technology. Findings are discussed in terms of Generation X and Y where, Gen X, who were born between 1965 and 1980. They are between the ages of 40 and 56. Next comes Generation Y (more commonly known as Millennials), born between roughly 1981 and 1994. They are between the ages of 27 and 40. Fruitful implications are drawn for practitioners and researcher reflecting a cultural and paradigm change in both societal and organizational spaces.
