Geopolymer concrete is an alternative construction material that achieves the same results. The utilization of raw materials is reduced in geopolymer binders, leading to a decrease in carbon dioxide emissions. That is why many researchers are focusing on these types of binders to create eco-friendly buildings. This study explores the significant expansion of alkali-activated binders, the geopolymerization process, and its importance. In this study, the use of filled columns is a new trend in composite construction. Geopolymer concrete replaces traditional concrete as the filling material. The discussion focuses on determining the optimal blend ratio of two locally available pozzolanic waste materials, namely, fly ash and geopolymer, as a substitute for conventional cement in the development of green geopolymer concrete.
