Effective management of Pavement Quality Control is crucial for a country's progress as it constitutes a significant aspect of the economy. The primary responsibility of the road authority is to maintain the road in excellent condition. To assess the state of the pavement, road authorities need ways for collecting and analyzing pavement-related data. For the purpose of assessing the qualities of road projects, several papers have been published. On the measuring of quality in an integrated manner, there are, however, few research that have been documented. The relevance of the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) on pavement quality control has been examined in this research, along with an outline of the factors that impact road quality. Pavement condition may be determined using both automatic and manual methods. In order to correlate various factors, such as traffic volume and composition in the future, with pavement indicators and to provide maintenance strategies by taking the Maintenance Priority Index (MPI) into consideration.
