The rise of social media has permeated every aspect of daily life in the Internet era, having an impact on a wide range of industries, including politics, education, and business. Fake accounts are becoming more of a problem on well-known sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. In social media, fake accounts are used to spread misinformation, carry out illegal tasks like spamming, promoting phishing sites, and committing financial fraud. Numerous existing techniques exist, including machine learning, graph-based, and hybrid techniques. The combination of deep learning with NLP increases accuracy. The features of an account are given to the deep learning model, which obtained about 97% accuracy and the posts of the account are categorized by the Bert algorithm, which obtained about 98% accuracy.
