An empirical study has been made to critically analyze the changing scenario of work culture in the IT sector since the pandemic. A dramatic transformation has taken place in the workplace because of the pandemic Covid-19 which has forced employees to work from home. This has created a major change in the work culture of the organizations and Working from Home has become the new normal ever since the pandemic. For companies in the IT sector, working from home is not new, rather it is an old concept but the degree to which management and employees are accepting it with ease is the brow raiser. However, there is a need for continuous upgradation, modification and variations in this working model. Organizations need to develop robust digital infrastructure to keep up with the changing needs of this era. This paper is based on both primary and secondary data. For analyzing data, the changing scenario of work culture is shown in tables, and mean values and percentages are calculated for drawing comparisons and results.
