Title

Causes of low employee retention rate

Abstract

A key objective of every firm is employee retention. This research looks at why employee retention in firms is so important. It makes an effort to connect elements like low management, job happiness, career prospects, and employee motivation as key elements determining employee retention. The report discusses a variety of topics related to employee retention, including its importance, fundamental techniques and methods, and more. The study evaluated the findings, demonstrating that employees prefer another company that is open and transparent, based on secondary data gathered from various studies and interpretations of the literature.
