Chatbots have proved themselves as a strong tool to consumer satisfaction and an unmatched resource for the enterprises serving to them save loads of your time and money. One of the most recent trends is the use of chatbots to improve customer experience and engagement. Implementing chatbots in rapidly growing e-commerce field can boost the customer service. Negotiation is a combination of both, linguistic and reasoning problems. It requires an intention for something which needs to be verbalized. Most of the agents offer negotiating strategy but they lack the real-life interactions. To address this limitation, we present E-negotiator chatbot, an agent that incorporates several research contributions. First, we found that simply modifying existing agents to include an NLP module is inadequate to create these agents. Full offers are proposed in the begging of the interactions which serve as anchor by agent. If offer is not accepted by the buyer, the agent then offers a new reduced price as part of the negotiation.
