Title

A Study on Effectiveness of Employees Grievances Handling Mechanism

Abstract

This project has been undertaken to Study on Effectiveness of Employees Grievance Handling Mechanism in Curonics at Coimbatore. An official complaint submitted to the management representative or union official notice is referred to as a complaint or Any dissatisfaction or unfair feeling regarding the employment status of the person reported to the management is referred to as a complaint. The grievances arise in many aspects such as wages, salaries and overtimes. Grievances at the workplace must be based on the foundation of employer-employee relationship and employment-related. Grievance method is a formal, legal or unethical complaints process that can be used by individuals, workers, communities or any society organization that are being negatively affected by certain business activities and operations. A grievance is any discontent or feeling of unfairness and in the workplace, it should be pertaining to work. Complaints are expressions of grievances, but a grievance is deep-rooted such that the employee takes appropriate remedial action to seek satisfaction. The objectives of the study the Employees are Aware about Grievance handling mechanism in the organization, To study the Effectiveness of Grievance Mechanism in the organization and To study the employees satisfaction level towards Grievance Handling System in the organization. The data was collected from respondents and sample size was 104 and sample design was Descriptive Research. Tested hypothesis is analyses by chi-square and ANOVA the findings of this study. The primary data for this study was collected with help of the questionnaire. The secondary data was collected from the books and journals for reference. The major findings will be discussed in the full paper. The result of the research is there is grievances facing employees and the grievances are taking care of the higher authorities.
