The aim of this study is to assess the patient’s satisfaction in cooperative hospital, Kattappana. The study is undertaken to evaluate the patient’s satisfaction level and health care services in cooperative hospital, Kattappana, Idukki, Kerala. This is analysis tries to discover that patients ’s satisfaction .such as health care services available in the hospitals treatments & equipments patients and hospitals staff relationship etc..Cooperative hospitals, Kattappana. Then again, of patients are satisfied with the cooperative hospital services Interventions for operational developmental coordination disorder, compensation policy, performance appraisal, and organization relations. This analysis proposes that the cooperative hospital to create an appropriate community-based strategy and give prominence to appropriate preventive practices to upgrade the satisfaction of their health care and construct them with Cooperative hospital in rural and urban peoples.
