In 21st Century women’s are Leading our Countries. Women plays important role in the development, but due to menstruation there is limitation on women’s activities. “Menstruation can be limit of women.” In many Parts of our country specially in village areas women’s are not aware about menstruation, so they can face many health related issues. “One of the biggest Menstruation problem is Hygiene.” Women menstruates between girlhood (Age of 12 to 24 years) and climacteric (at Age of 42 to 52 years) for an 460 cycles during her lifetime. In the menstruation women use generally healthy object. This healthy object decomposition is a biggest issue, generally these sanitary napkins thrown outside or burned outside or thrown inside the river. Hence the solution on this problem is to decompose healthy object in proper way. Our instrument gives solution for above problems. The ideal outcome of our system is combination of both the vending and disposal instrument of healthy object.
