The higher education institutions have been playing important role in economic growth in India. Now a day, the students have more opportunities to enhance their knowledge by their quality services among the institutions. The higher educational institutions have more competitive in the market. At the same time, new trend and the digital transformation in teaching fields in education. There are more colleges have increased with more competition and that offer excellent education to their students. On the other hand, there more factors have been changing the student’s satisfaction by influencing facilities of the colleges. The student’s satisfaction has also been changing through the technological implications in studies and environment of the educational institutions. The present study has mainly focused on the student’s satisfaction changes towards the services of higher educational institutions in Tirupur city. This research work has measured the student’s satisfaction with 120 students of higher education institutions in Tirupur city. The study adopted convenience sampling method for sample selection. The researcher has used the ANOVA and percentage analysis for an analysis in the present study.
