The purpose and need for the study is to understand the awareness about sustainable fabrics used in textiles. In this modern era, people are unaware of the effects and causes of using unsustainable fabrics, which can cause health impact and environmental pollution. Most of the Non-Degradable fabrics are becoming landfills and avoiding synthetic dye. In the present project, the concept of Women’s Fashion Wear design is based on fashion and sustainability. Rose and Linen fabric was chosen as sustainable materials. Garment sketches were developed using coral drawing. Women’s fashion wear using Marigold flower, Banana flower, and petal impression print on linen and Rose fabric was developed. The printed fabric was tested for color fastness to washing and rubbing. The fastness test results were good with a rating of 4/5 for both marigold and banana flowers and petal impression, mordanted with vinegar. The garment was designed based on customer acceptance. Women’s Fashion Wear developed with flower impression print on sustainable fabric like Rose and linen fabric was well accepted by the respondents.
