A study was conducted to find out the “IMPACT OF GRIT PERSONALITY AND PSYCHOLOGICAL MINDSET AMONG THE FEMALE VARSITY FOOTBALL PLAYERS”. The purpose of the study was to determine the grit with mind set on female varsity football players. A population of 15 female varsity players within the range of age 18-23 were selected from Susil Kar Colleges in The University of Calcutta, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. For conducting the research, A questionnaire on of Short Girt Scale (Duckworth, A.L, & Quinn, P.D. (2009) & Mindset (Carol Dweck’s book “Mindset: The new psychology of success.” (Dweck, 2006) by Lucinda Poole) was used to find out the relation and status among them. After analysing the data, it was found that there was negative corelation between the execution of Grit and Mindset on female varsity football players.
