The history of welfare measures for employees plays a pivotal role in enhancing the employee morale. The present study aims to find out the extent to which the welfare measures provided by hospitals towards their employees and to know how the welfare facilities provided helps in increasing the productivity and job satisfaction in employees. This also paper have highlighted the intramural benefits ( Drinking , seating arrangement, first aid appliances, Sanitation, Spittoon, Lighting, washing, canteen and Rest Rooms) and extramural benefits (Medical facility, housing facilities , Maternity benefit, Education Facility, Recreational Facility, Transport, Recreation facilities). The research design of this study is descriptive in nature. Both primary and secondary data used to investigate the study on employees welfare measures . The major interest, however, is in the use of primary data via the questionnaire method. The data is gathered using a structured questionnaire, and the sample size is 120. The frequency and reliability tests were used to analyze the data. Mean, Standard Deviation, frequency tables have been used for research analysis.
