This research paper conducts a sustainability study of green buildings in India using a combined analysis of the PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) and SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges) frameworks. The objective is to assess the current state of green building practices in India, identify the key factors influencing their adoption and implementation, and evaluate their overall sustainability performance. The study utilizes both primary and secondary data sources, including interviews, surveys, and literature review, to provide insights into the political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental aspects related to green buildings in India. The findings highlight the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges associated with green building practices and offer recommendations for enhancing their sustainability in the Indian context.
